What makes a space safe
A safe space does not mean everything is easy. It means you are neither rushed nor judged.
Everyone feels safe in a slightly different way. For some it is silence, for others a warm voice.
- You set the pace.
- You may say “no”.
- Silence is allowed.
If one of these is missing, it is worth saying so. A space can always be adjusted together.
