For some it is silence, for others a warm voice.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You set the pace.<\/li>\n\n<li>You may say \u201cno\u201d.<\/li>\n\n<li>Silence is allowed.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If one of these is missing, it is worth saying so.
